Simply Balanced is proud to be a top ranked Pilates teacher training studio for Balanced Body, the world’s leaders in Pilates Education. We offer all courses required to complete Balanced Body Mat, Reformer, and Comprehensive certifications.
The Balanced Body Pilates teacher training program is designed to create thoughtful, creative, and successful Pilates instructors. The curriculum emphasizes the principles underlying each exercise. Courses are progressive, allowing you to build upon your education and customize your training schedule in a way that works best for you. All courses are taught in weekend modules, making it more convenient for students who live outside of the Nashville area to study with us. All Simply Balanced instructors hold Comprehensive Certifications from Balanced Body, and are available to help teacher trainers complete observation and private practice hours.
