Pilates is an exercise and movement method that focuses on building strong, long muscles to support ideal alignment. In this method, we work from a neutral state that is scientifically proven to reduce injury to the body.

Group Classes at Simply Balanced
Pilates Group Classes are low-impact and appropriate for just about everybody! We offer all levels of classes at a variety of times seven days a week.
Simply Balanced instructors are comprehensively certified through Balanced Body and have experience working with a range of injuries and special conditions. Just let your instructor know before class if you have any specific concerns or need help with modifications!

Private Pilates Classes
Private Classes are tailored to meet the needs and abilities of each client and can include resistance strength training, cardio conditioning, and recovery programs. Many clients prefer to work with an instructor one-on-one or in smaller group settings. Private Classes are particularly well suited for:
- New Clients
- Pre/post-natal Clients
- Injury Recovery/Rehabilitation
- Specialized Cross Training Programs for Athletes
- Couples, families, friends
- Clients with specific time constraints incompatible with Group Class Schedules
- Bachelorette, Private Events

Pilates Teacher Training
Interested in a career in Pilates? Simply Balanced is a nationally ranked Balanced Body Teacher Training Studio. Trainings are held regularly and occur as weekend modules for ease of scheduling.
